HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At HiGear Design, we’re proud of our quality and stand behind our products. We have an extremely low return rate, but if you should have a problem with anything you purchase from us, we want to make sure it’s taken care of. We have tried to create a return policy that is fair to both you and us; as such, there are a few rules:
 
  • Refunds can only be processed within 30 days of the purchase date. Monetary refunds are only available for purchases placed on www.travelrest.net. Refunds for purchases made from other retail outlets should be processed at those retail outlets.
  • Products should be in their original packaging and unused. In other words, we want to be able to resell it. If your pillow has been inflated, we cannot repackage it and sell it as new. We hope this is understandable, as we do not think you would appreciate it if we had sent you a product previously inflated by someone else – yuck!
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If your product is defective, we will replace the product at no charge to you, and the cost of shipping you a new one is on us. This offer is valid for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery. You will need to contact us to obtain an RMA return authorization. Contact us here
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if it does not satisfy the basic requirements outlined above when you look at your product when it arrives at our location. We apply your refund to the same credit card you used for the purchase or through your Amazon account.
  • We appreciate you and your business, so, in the end, please always speak with us about your situation, and we will do our best to work something mutually fair out

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
