WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
At HiGear Design we’re proud of our quality and we stand behind our products. We have an extremely low return rate, but if you should have a problem with anything you purchase from us, we want to make sure it’s taken care of. We have tried to create a return policy that is fair to both you and to us, as such; there are a few rules:
  • Our return policy is for 30 days and is unconditional. If you are unable to return the product within the 30 day window, email us to request special consideration…we’re good people, and we want to do the right thing for our customers.
  • We prefer the product still be in its original packaging and unused. In other words, we want to be able to resell it. If your product has been inflated we cannot repackage it and sell it as new. We hope this is understandable, as we do not think you would appreciate it if we had sent you a product that was previously inflated by someone else – yuck! If you have used it already…you can still return it.
  • Shipping charges that were paid to deliver the product to you will not be refunded, nor will we pay for the return of the product back to our distribution center. However, product must be returned to us in order to receive a refund.
  • If your product is defective, we will replace the product at no charge to you, and the cost of shipping you a new one is on us. This offer is valid for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery. You will need to contact us to obtain an RMA return authorization, and freight credit. Contact us here or 415-968-5111.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund if, upon inspection of your product when it arrives at our location, it does not satisfy the basic requirements outlined above. Of course, we will tell you if this is the case. We apply your refund to the same credit card you used for the purchase, or through your Amazon account.
  • We appreciate you and your business, so, in the end, please always speak with us about your situation and we will do our best to work something out that is mutually fair.
